  • What about liability? I don’t want to get sued.

    HOURFUL carries a $1,000,000 liability policy for every booking made on our platform.

  • What does it cost to use your platform?

    It is free to list your fitness space. We only take a small booking fee once a booking is made. Basically, we only want to be paid when we bring you business.

  • How often do we get paid?

    Booking funds are released to gyms 30 minutes after the scheduled booking time. Once the funds are in your Hourful account, you can withdraw to your financial institution whenever you wish.

  • Can I cancel bookings?

    Yes, you can, but we advice to be courteous to your trainer as they have most likely booked their client.

  • What does it cost to use your platform?

    It is absolutely free to sign up. Once a booking is made, we can charge the gym a small bokking fee.

  • Do I have to be a certified personal trainer?

    It is up to gyms to accept or decline bookings made. We understand thet some fitness coaching doesn’t require a certification.

  • What about liability insurance?

    Every booking made on our platform includes $1,000,000 of liability protection.

  • Can I cancel my booking?

    Yes, you can cancel, byt your refund will be dependent on the gym’s cancellation policy. Same are strict as to the deadline for canceling, others.
