We have Reserve Limo cars available in almost every country in the world. You can book a ride well in advance of any trip, or even last minute. Depending on your pick-up location, bookings may need to be made further in advance.
At Reserve Limo, we have a large variety of different size and class vehicles. You can choose a style that suits your needs and budget. Don’t hesitate to check out our fleet page on the website to have a look at the different vehicle types.

Every vehicle has different passenger and luggage capabilities. You will need to visit the fleet page on our website to choose a vehicle that suits your needs.

If your passengers or luggage exceeds the size of your vehicle, then you will need to upgrade the vehicle or reserve a secondary vehicle. Safety regulations prevent passengers and luggage from riding in the front of the vehicle, and the driver has the right to refuse service if passenger or luggage is exceeded.

All information we collect is 100% confidential and never shared or disclosed to any third parties.

During booking we will need to collect the passenger name, drop-off and pick-up locations, vehicle request, credit card details, phone numbers, and email address. We utilize the email address to send invoices and booking confirmation. You can choose not to provide email or phone details, but this could result in your trip being delayed or important updates and information being missed.

It is understandable that flights and plans can change. We have designed one of the industry’s best cancellation policies. We don’t charge you any fees unless your driver has already been dispatched for pickup. Check out our complete cancellation policy for more information.

During the booking process if you supplied us with a mobile phone number, then you’ll receive an SMS message to let you that your driver is on the way and when they will arrive at your destination.

If you need to get in contact with the driver, there will be a number of the SMS message which you receive. You could also contact us via our office phone number.

Account Questions
When you create an account with Reserve Limo, you’ll be able to manage all your account details. You can check the past and future trips, manage reservations, and speed up the check-out process for future bookings.

Fees and Rates
Reserve Limo calculates fees based on the distance from pick-up through to drop-off. In some locations, the fees could be calculated by different zones or areas. If you visit our website and enter your pick-up and drop-off location, date and time you could receive an estimate.
We don’t have any hidden fees. You’ll know how much your ride is going to cost at the time of booking. The only exception is waiting times at pick-up locations, tolls, and parking fees which may be additional.
A gratuity is added to your invoice. The gratuity is determined based on the location of your trip. You may also tip the driver at your own discretion.
Certain fees cannot be determined until the ride has been completed. Any time spent waiting for pick-up, additional stops requested by you, tolls and parking fees will be added to your final invoice.
We calculate hourly jobs by the pick-up locations, a route which is taken, drop-off location and zones. If you choose to take a different route or add stops, the total of the invoice will be recalculated to reflect this.

Yes, but there is only a limited grace period after which you’ll be charged. If you have provided us with your flight numbers and information, we can attempt to track the flight to help you avoid wait fees.

We follow industry standard grace periods. For domestic flights or travel, 30 minutes. For international flights/travel, 60 minutes. For any other pick-ups or drop-offs, it is 10 minutes. After your grace period, we charge approximately $1 per minute.

We always attempt to contact clients several times before we cancel any ride. If your wait time has exceeded 60 minutes without contact, then we will be forced to cancel the ride and charge you the full amount for the service.

During periods of high demand, prices and fees may be increased to ensure that vehicles are available for your ride. You’ll be notified if your ride falls during high-demand or peak periods.
Payments
The drivers at Reserve Limo do not accept payments from clients in any form. Your payment information is taken during booking and processed online.

When your trip has been confirmed, we will authorize your credit card for the estimated amount of the journey. This charge can normally be found in the pending section of your credit card or online banking statement.

Once the ride has been completed, we then charge your credit card or debit card. The complete invoice is dispatched, and your final invoice will be sent out to you.

You always receive a receipt with Reserve Limo. Your receipt will normally arrive between 24-48 hours after your ride is finished. If you haven’t received a receipt, then don’t hesitate to contact our office.
Airport Pick-ups
When you book your ride with Reserve Limo, we’ll ask you for all your flight information. This lets us track your flight to determine if it’s going to be early or late. You can choose to disable flight tracking, but we recommend you don’t as you could be charged additional wait fees or have to wait at the airport.

All pick-ups from airports include curbside pick-up as standard. You can choose to add meet and greet for an additional fee. If you have selected an inside pick-up, then your driver will be ready to meet you at the baggage claim area.

If you have a curbside pick-up, then call your driver once you have your luggage and he will arrange a pick-up location with you directly.

About the vehicle
If you like, you can choose to reserve a booster seat during the checkout process. In some locations, passengers need to install their own child booster seats, in other locations the driver may ask for assistance to ensure it is fitted correctly.
Every state and country have different laws.
For safety and health reasons we don’t allow smoking inside any Reserve Limo vehicles or offices.

Any large bags or luggage must fit in the trunk of the vehicle. If you have small bags or hand-held luggage, then it may go inside the vehicle in the rear seat only. No luggage or passengers are allowed to travel in the front of the vehicle.

We allow pets to travel inside our vehicles. If a pet is larger than 15 lbs., then it will need to be inside a certified pet carrier. Support animals which are certified or service animals do not need to be placed inside carriers. Always notify us if you are traveling with an animal beforehand to ensure a smooth ride.
Promotions
Reserve Limo does offer some clients discounts or promotions on rides. There is only one discount code per ride, and the code must be used at the time of booking.
Wait times at pick-up locations
At Reserve Limo, we understand that your flight or trip doesn’t always go the way that you planned it. The grace periods on wait times is determined by the nature of the trip and follows industry standards. If your grace period expires, you will be charged $1 per minute in wait fees.

Airlines and flights are often very unpredictable. We recommend that you supply us with your flight details so that we can monitor your flights status. 
Domestic Flight/Cruise Terminal: 30 Minutes
International Flight: 60 Minutes
Non-Airport Pick-up: 10 Minutes

Grace Period

After your grace period has passed, we will attempt to contact you via the details you submitted when you booked your ride. If we haven’t heard from you within 60 minutes of the grace period, then your ride will be canceled. You will be charged for additional fees, base ride and other applicable charges.

We understand that plans change quickly and are often out of your control, so we designed a cancellation policy which reflects that. If you cancel your ride before the stated times, then you won’t be charged for the ride. If you choose to cancel one vehicle and choose another, then you will be responsible for the cancellation fees of the original vehicle.

At Reserve Limo, we monitor all rides to ensure that any tolls are charged accurately via GPS. If your ride passes through a toll, your final invoice will be charged this. Toll rates are subject to change depending on country or location.

When you visit Reserve Limo, you are acknowledging you accept the terms of the privacy policy.

Information which you supply us:

We collect and store any information which you enter on our website or via any other way you give it to us. You don’t have to supply us with certain information, but without all information, you may not be able to utilize all our features. Your information is used to customize your experience.

Automatic Information:

When you interact with us at Reserve Limo, we store certain information. This is known as ‘cookies’ on a website. This makes your user experience on our website better.

E-mail Communications:

To help our team members at Reserve Limo, we receive a confirmation when you have opened one of our emails. We also compare our customer lists with other companies to avoid sending unnecessary messages.

Information from Other Sources:

We might receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information.

Cookies are part of the websites which we use. Cookies are an alphanumeric identifier which is transferred to your computer’s hard drive. They enable systems to recognize your browser and allow you to save logins and pages visited etc.

At Reserve Limo, we are in the ground transportation industry, not the information selling business! We only share information in the way we have outlined below and subsidiaries associated with our business. All subsidiaries we work with are subject to the same privacy policies which we utilize at Reserve Limo.

Affiliated Businesses We Do Not Control: At Reserve Limo, we work very closely with all our partners and affiliated businesses. In certain cases, these third-party businesses or affiliates may sell products or services directly to you.

Third-Party Service Providers: Reserve Limo employs many other companies and individuals to ensure that our clients receive the best service possible. Some of these third-party service providers help us by providing services which we can’t. Some of these functions may include things like mail and email, website search results, processing payment information, and providing customer service.

Promotional Offers: On occasion, we may provide our clients with offers on behalf of other businesses. We don’t give out your information, only pass on the promotional information on their behalf to you.

Corporate Accounts: If your employer is a Reserve Limo corporate account holder, then when requested your ride information will be disclosed to them. Only the people responsible for organizing your rides and your employer have access to this information.

Business Transfers: When we sell, buy or transfer businesses, then the customer information associated with those businesses is transferred too. Any transfer of information is covered under the existing privacy policy in which it was gathered.

Protection of Reserve Limo and Others: We only release information when we believe its release is appropriate to comply with a lawful order. This also includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. However, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments outlined in this Privacy Notice.

With Your Consent: If there was a reason for your information to be shared with a third-party, other than what is set out above, then we will notify you. You will have the opportunity to refuse the transfer of this information. 

We work extremely hard at Reserve Limo to ensure that all your information is secure by utilizing Secure Sockets Software or SSL. This encrypts and protects any of your information.

When we are confirming any of your orders, we only display the final few digits of your credit card number. During the order process, the entire number is sent to the processing department, but any information displayed on receipts and invoices doesn’t display the entire number.

Make sure that you also protect your own security and credit card information. Log off of computers when you are finished and don’t send your information over public networks. 

Reserve Limo may include third-party advertising and links to a variety of other websites. We do not transfer any identifiable information to any of these third-party websites.

These third-party websites and advertisers, or Internet advertising companies working on their behalf, sometimes use technology to send (or "serve") the advertisements that appear on our website directly to your browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons (also known as action tags or single-pixel gifs), and other technologies to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content. We do not have access to or control over cookies or other features that they may use, and the information practices of these advertisers and third-party websites are not covered by this Privacy Notice. Please contact them directly for more information about their privacy practices.

Reserve Limo at times also displays targeted advertising which we believe would be of interest to our clients and customers. We do not supply personal information to any of these third-party advertisers. 

Reserve Limo is a transparent company which allows its clients to access as much of their own information as possible. You have access to all your own personal information to view and or update if required. 

As we have stated above, you can always choose not to share certain information with Reserve Limo. By choosing not to share certain information, you may not be able to take advantage of all the features Reserve Limo has to offer. When you update your old information, we usually keep a copy in our records.

You can adjust your customer preferences in the profile section. This will allow you to choose whether you wish to receive offers or emails from us. It is your responsibility to read and understand the Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy of Reserve Limo.

If you wish to utilize Reserve Limo and you are under the age of 18, then you will need to do so with the cooperation of a parent and guardian.
