    HOURFUL carries a $1,000,000 liability policy for every booking made on our platform.

  • What does it cost to use your platform?

    It is absolutely free to sign up. Once a booking is made, we can charge the gym a small booking fee.

  • How often do we get paid?

    You can withdraw your funds whenever you like.
    Funds become available when the booking time is completed.

  • Can I cancel bookings?

    Yes, you can, but we advice to be courteous to your trainer as they have most likely booked their client.

  • What does it cost to use your platform?

  • Do I have to be a certified personal trainer?

    It is up to gyms to accept or decline bookings made. We understand that some fitness coaching doesn’t require a certification.

  • What about liability insurance?

    Every booking made on our platform includes $1,000,000 of liability protection.

  • Can I cancel my booking?

    Yes, you can cancel, but your refund will be dependent on the gym’s cancellation policy. Check the gym’s policy as some are strict while others are relaxed.
